David is ENERPRO’s CEO and one of the visionary founders who has been instrumental in shaping our company into a leading force in the construction support industry within the oil and gas sector. With unwavering morals and an indomitable work ethic, David consistently propels the Group forward, driving us towards continued success.
With over 20 years of invaluable experience in the energy industry, David's journey began in the nuclear sector before transitioning to oil and gas in the early 2000s. Throughout his career, he steadily climbed the ranks from Project Engineer to Senior Project Manager, showcasing his exceptional leadership skills and aptitude for delivering complex projects with utmost precision. His expertise spans both mobile offshore drilling units (MODU) and fixed platforms, having successfully completed projects based in the UK and various international locations.
Based in our Aberdeen office, David assumes the critical responsibility of spearheading the Group's UK and international growth. His astute oversight extends to across all energy sectors, ensuring that our services meet the evolving needs of our clients and exceed industry expectations.

Scott is an IMechE Chartered Engineer with 23 years’ oil and gas experience. His previous senior technical and leadership roles mean that Scott brings a wealth of technical design, project management and operational support experience to the company.
Starting his oil and gas industry career as a Design Engineer for Weatherford Completion Systems in Aberdeen, Scott then moved into a Product Engineering role supporting the launch of the AX-1 Shale Shaker for new-start company Axiom Process Ltd.
Scott remained at Axiom for fifteen years, ultimately becoming a member of the Senior Management Team as Technical Services Manager. Following its acquisition by NOV, Scott oversaw the NPD department as Engineering Manager for Design in Aberdeen.

Carron joined ENERPRO Group in 2019, bringing over 16 years’ experience in an accounting and finance role, gaining a range of knowledge having undertaken many aspects of financial and administrative functions. Her scope of work has included, but is not limited to, sales and purchase ledger, banking, intercompany transactions, foreign taxes, payroll and HR.
Carron is always there to support the team, and has the attention to detail required for success.

In James Murphy, Enerpro benefits from over 30 years’ QHSE experience within the international oil and gas industry.
Following a career in oil and gas construction across Africa and the Middle East, James’ QHSE focus began back in the UK in Quality Assurance (QA) which, as a field, developed into QHSE as the oil and gas industry itself evolved.
Since then, James has held a number of senior QHSE positions across the upstream supply chain, as well as establishing his own successful training and compliance company. Joining Enerpro on a consultancy basis in 2023, his role is fundamental in ensuring that we meet the industry and regulatory requirements that keep our industry operating as safely as possible. James’ encyclopaedic knowledge and particular interest in the effects of shifting legislation on SMEs ensures our training, competence and health & safety practices remain 100% current.
