Enerpro is building one of the UK's leading specialist engineering and construction businesses supporting the energy sector. This is a standalone role with full ownership of new business. You'll set the approach, open the doors and see the results for a growing company with serious ambitions. Enerpro has grown significantly on the strength of a relatively concentrated client base. This role exists to open new doors: new sectors within energy, new networks, new relationships that the business does not currently have. The brief is straightforward - diversify the customer base and bring Enerpro's proposition in front of people who have not heard of it, and build the pipeline that underpins the next phase of growth.
This is not a role for someone who needs a warm desk and an existing pipeline handed to them.

You understand the North Sea and the broader UK energy landscape - oil and gas, decommissioning, renewables, P&A. You can have a credible conversation with a client about what they actually need, and you have the network to get those conversations started.

You do not need close supervision to do your best work. You set your own agenda, follow up without being chased, and take ownership of outcomes.
CRM Discipline
HubSpot proficiency is required. The pipeline needs to be visible and current - not a rough mental map of who you spoke to last month.

Aberdeen | £70,000 - £75,000 + benefits
Enerpro is a fast growing specialist engineering and construction businesses in offshore energy. We're looking for a Construction Manager to take full ownership of our Construction Division - not to manage projects within an existing structure, but to build that structure from the ground up.
This is a newly created, senior role reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the MD. You'll take complete ownership of construction activity across the business: commercial performance, client relationships, technical delivery, and the people who make it all happen.
What you'll be doing
· Own construction delivery end to end, from planning through to safe, on-time completion
· Drive the financial performance of the division - revenue, margin, utilisation, forecasting
· Build and lead a competent team as the division grows
· Coach and develop Project Engineers, Supervisors and future leaders
· Lead tenders and pricing, and support business development
· Act as the primary client interface for construction work Set the standards, systems and procedures the division will run on
What you'll bring
· Substantial, time-served experience in construction management within oil & gas or energy - hands-on credibility matters more to us than formal qualifications
· A track record of running construction projects end to end, including the commercial side (NEC/LOGIC contracts, variations, change control)
· Experience with onshore and offshore surveys, CDM regulations and Permit to Work systems
· The ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and stay composed under pressure
· A genuine appetite to build something and lead from the front
