David is one of the founding members of the group who has played a pivotal role in developing the company into one of the most successful construction support companies in the Oil & Gas industry today. David’s high moral’s and strong work ethics ensures he leads the group forward at all times.
David has many years working in the energy sector, starting off in the nuclear industry then moving over to the Oil & Gas sector in the early 2000s where he has gained experience in successfully completing projects on MODU and fixed platforms. Based in our Aberdeen office David is responsible for the group’s growth in the UK and Internationally, overseeing all energy sectors.

Ryan has worked in the Oil & Gas industry for over 15+ years with three service providers. During that time, he has gained a wealth of technical, engineering and commercial business acumen in the design, installation, maintenance and operational integrity of complex drilling, solids control and waste management systems, both on and offshore.
Drawing expertise from a rich career, starting as a Service Technician offshore and then moving into the positions of Global Service Manager & Eastern Hemisphere Service Manager, taking up challenging, increasingly complex roles to lead projects for some of world’s largest Oil & Gas industry organisations.
Ryan is passionate about the adaptation and exploitation of emerging technologies to advocate cutting-edge engineering solutions, one of his greatest strengths is being able to appreciate the bigger picture and not just a project's immediate requirements.
Scott is an IMechE Chartered Engineer and through his previous senior technical and leadership roles spanning over 22 years in the industry, Scott brings a wealth of Technical Design, Project Management and Operational Support experience to the company. Starting his oil & gas industry career as a Design Engineer for Weatherford Completion Systems in Aberdeen, Scott then moved into a Product Engineering role supporting the launch of the AX-1 Shale Shaker for new-start company Axiom Process Ltd. Scott remained at Axiom for fifteen years, ultimately becoming a member of the Senior Management Team as Technical Services Manager. Axiom was eventually sold to NOV in December 2016, after which Scott oversaw the NPD department as Engineering Manager for Design in Aberdeen.

Carron joined Enerpro Group Ltd in 2019 with over 15 years experience in an Accounting and Finance role. She progressed within her previous positions and has gained a range of knowledge having undertaken many aspects of the financial and administrative functions. Her scope of work has included, but not limited to, sales and purchase ledger, banking, intercompany transactions, foreign taxes, payroll and HR.
Carron works on a part time basis and will be undertaking an update of the company systems and procedures. She is always there to support the team, and has the attention to detail required for success.

Chloe joined Enerpro in September 2021 as the company’s first Business Administration apprentice. After leaving school in 2019 Chloe enrolled in North Highland College and completed a year course of welding and fabrication, then went on to enrol in Mechanical Engineering however due to the global pandemic was unable to complete the course. With a strong interest to work in the energy industry Chloe then applied to join Enerpro as a Business Apprentice, and will be completing her SVQ level 2 and 3 whilst also furthering her education and experience in industry.
“After doing a first year of welding and fabrication I knew I wanted to get an apprenticeship in the oil and gas industry, and when I saw Enerpro’s advertisement for the Business and Administration Apprenticeship I believed my skills could be adapted to fit this well. I enjoy a fast-working environment, like to learn new skills and am highly motivated to do my best at all times.”
Connor joined Enerpro in September 2021 as the company’s first Mechanical Engineering apprentice. Connor has already completed his first year of welding and fabrication at North Highland College, and has started at Enerpro as a second-year apprentice. For the next 3 years Connor will be studying his NC Engineering and SVQ Level 6. Connor will be based locally for the second year of his apprenticeship to gain skills and knowledge in the engineering industry, then in third and fourth year will be completing his offshore survival to allow him to support the company’s Engineering and Project teams globally.
“When I read that Enerpro were planning to take on a Mechanical Engineering apprentice, I was very interested and immediately applied for the position. Having already completed my first year in Welding and Fabrication I already had a good understanding of the path I wanted to follow to further my career. I enjoy learning the different aspects of fabrication and am interested in developing my knowledge in all aspects of engineering. I am excited to be starting my engineering career with Enerpro.”
