Hugh has worked in the upstream oil & gas Industry since 1973, initially on fixed platform construction on the rig yards in Scotland UK, including Nigg Bay, Ardersier and Kishorn.
In 1990 Hugh moved predominantly into the semi-submersible and Jack-up rig repair and maintenance sector, and continued this line of expertise for over twenty years.
Since 1995, Hugh has worked in a senior supervisory role, and progressed to Construction Manager in 2010. His scope of work included running onshore based rig repair and maintenance work, where he was in charge of 300+ personnel.
Hugh Macleod's scope of work includes overseeing all construction projects, locally and globally. As Construction Director at Enerpro, Hugh is able to draw on his vast industry sector experience and history, to organise, implement and project manage construction projects for key customers around the world.
David has spent over 15 years in both the nuclear and oil & gas industries concentrating predominantly on mechanical construction projects.
Originally coming from the nuclear industry, and after serving a four year mechanical engineering apprenticeship, David focused on new build projects for the nuclear industry, and on major decommissioning projects.
After beginning his engineering career in the nuclear industry David then decided to move to the oil and gas industry to grow his knowledge of engineering further. He then focused on MODU project upgrades both onshore and offshore as a Senior Project Engineer then a Project Manager where he has managed SPS upgrades in the UK and abroad for major drilling companies.
Since 2015, David’s career has focussed on the development of Enerpro. As Operations Director at Enerpro, David oversees all operations and promotes the global growth of the company.
