A Decade of Growth, Diversification and Delivery
2025 marked a seminal year for Enerpro as we celebrated our 10th anniversary. Over the past decade, we have built a strong reputation for agile, flexible and client-focused delivery.
The year was characterised by continued team growth, service diversification, and expanding international reach, all underpinned by our unwavering commitment to safe, efficient and high-quality project execution. As client requirements continue to evolve across domestic and global energy markets, Enerpro has demonstrated its ability to respond quickly, integrate seamlessly, and deliver value at every stage of the project lifecycle.
Strategic Growth: NDT & Rope Access Division
Building on significant investment during 2024, Enerpro maintained its long-term growth strategy throughout 2025 with further investment in both infrastructure and people. A major highlight was the launch of our new NDT, Rope Access and Inspection Division during Q1, representing a key milestone in the company’s expansion.
The division has already gained strong traction in the marketplace, reinforcing Enerpro’s ability to offer fully integrated inspection and construction support services. Leading this growth is Mark Green, appointed as NDT & Rope Access Manager. With over 20 years’ experience in the global offshore inspection sector, Mark brings extensive expertise across high-hazard environments including offshore drilling, subsea construction and diving support operations.
Expanding Our Global Footprint
During 2025, we secured a number of significant contract wins with major Tier 1 suppliers, highlighting growing demand for our construction support services both in the UK and internationally. Over the past year, Enerpro personnel have been active across the Gulf of Mexico, Italy, Spain, Indonesia and Bahrain.
Our expansion beyond the UK reflects the strong reputation Enerpro has built over the last ten years for delivering safe, efficient and cost-effective solutions. Honed in the North Sea and the UK nuclear industries, our experience ensures we consistently deliver critical project elements to the highest standards, wherever our clients operate.
Project Delivery and Operational Momentum
A quick run through our most recent projects illustrates continued delivery of a wide range of multidisciplinary construction, inspection and engineering projects across both onshore and offshore environments…
Key works included construction and engineering activity, alongside multiple onshore intervention scopes at a major Scottish port. These projects showcased Enerpro’s trademark rapid-response engineering capability and integrated operating model as we restored critical equipment to service under tight timeframes, followed by planned permanent reinstatement works.
Urgent inspection and damage assessment scopes, production of detailed reports and seamless progression into remedial repair planning, as well as additional short-notice structural and access-related inspections further demonstrated our flexibility and operational readiness.
Offshore, the business saw a notable increase in operational support activity. In recent months, we completed several extended up-manning scopes, supplying additional personnel to support ongoing operations over multi-month periods. Alongside established inspection, repair and overhaul services, the business has also expanded into standalone equipment and parts supply, successfully delivering several scopes in this respect.
Collectively, these projects reflect increasing utilisation of Enerpro’s multidisciplinary capabilities and our clients’ confidence in our intrgrated construction, inspection, NDT and operational support services.
Investing in Our People
Alongside service expansion, Enerpro continued to strengthen its team in 2025 with several key appointments supporting sustained growth across domestic and international markets. These included:
Each plays a vital role in ensuring we remain responsive, resilient and well-positioned in today’s energy landscape.
Industry Leadership and Advocacy
Enerpro remains committed not only to project delivery, but also to contributing positively to the wider energy sector. Earlier this year, Managing Director David Wade began his tenure as Vice Chair of the IADC North Sea Chapter’s Associate Members.
In this role, David continues to champion the sustainability of the UK oil and gas sector, demonstrating confidence in the North Sea’s future despite challenging market conditions. He is particularly passionate about supporting the next generation of engineers, raising awareness of the industry’s role in skills development, employment, and long-term energy security.
David also remains focused on improving national understanding of oil and gas’s essential contribution to the UK energy mix. In the summer, he joined Sir Tom Hunter and Lord Willie Haughey on the Go Radio Business Show to discuss the future of North Sea energy, addressing leadership, taxation and sustainable growth.
Looking Ahead
As we move into 2026, momentum continues to build. The year has already begun with the appointment of Martin Tarling as Design & Engineering Manager, strengthening Enerpro’s technical leadership and supporting the next phase of our growth.
With an experienced and expanding team, and trusted client relationships across global energy marketplace, Enerpro looks forward to another busy and successful year ahead.
